Welcome to 360fluency.com. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding commercial agreement between you (“User” or “Client”) and LOTUS EDGE CONSULTING, a registered sole proprietorship in Cambodia, operating the brand entity 360Fluency Online Coaching Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your digital account details, student portal logins, and passwords. You accept full legal responsibility for all activities, bookings, and financial clearings that occur under your user profile.
You agree to use our linguistic advisory and communication channels solely for legitimate educational and training purposes. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
Harassment, defamation, or abuse of language coaches or other platform users.
Unauthorized technical access, hacking, or systemic exploitation of our digital forms.
Distribution of inappropriate, harmful, or copyright-infringing content through our portals.
You must be 18 years of age or older to directly purchase our services and execute binding electronic transactions. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or verified legal guardian must review, accept, and sign these terms on your behalf prior to system entry or schedule allocation.
All corporate invoices, clearing receipts, bank records, and merchant transaction logs are executed and issued exclusively by the parent company: LOTUS EDGE CONSULTING.
Payments are routed through secure, compliance-verified third-party fintech payment gateways (including global platforms such as PingPong). By completing a checkout sequence, you agree to pay all stated fees, package rates, or subscription commitments in full alignment with the payment terms in effect at the time the charge becomes due.
We reserve the absolute right to modify, adjust, or restructure our pricing matrices for individual coaching tracks or corporate language training programs at any time. Any strategic price adjustments will be communicated to existing subscription clients clearly and in advance.
Our operational refund structures, cancellation windows, and live-session rescheduling policies are governed under a standalone, specialized Refund Policy page to ensure maximum fiscal transparency and limit payment processor disputes.
All digital assets, structural materials, custom course curricula, video archives, audio segments, translation frameworks, textual hierarchies, and design layouts deployed across 360fluency.com and its corporate web forms are the exclusive property of LOTUS EDGE CONSULTING. These materials are protected under international copyright regulations and the intellectual property laws of Cambodia. No unauthorized commercial distribution, reproduction, or modification is permitted.
Any assignments, comments, oral practice logs, or written evaluations you submit to our portals remain your intellectual property. However, to facilitate accurate linguistic coaching, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of executing your language training.
We reserve the absolute right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your user profile, access tokens, and scheduled coaching calendars at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You maintain the right to terminate your educational relationship and close your client profile at any time by contacting our management support desk directly at contact@360lotusedge.com.
These Conditions, service provisions, and all international transactional relations connected to them are governed explicitly by the commercial, civil, and digital data regulations of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Any disputes, claims, or contract enforcement actions arising from access to our websites, payment structures, or training services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cambodia.
